Returns

We have a 30 day return policy on all *new products. This warranty covers defective units on the part of the manufacturer only and NOT for any accidental damage of any kind.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused [for modules this means not screwed in, or screwed in without washers] and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

We do not offer refunds due to accidental damage by the customer of any kind.
All refunded items are subject to inspection before approval. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Customer Sales and Trades

Rack mounted Modular Synthesizer related products only please. We offer *up to 85% retail value for modules in *perfect working / cosmetic condition with the original box included. Once a trade or sale has been discussed, all items must be sent to us initially, and are subject to inspection before approval. Acceptance of a sale or trade is dependent on the item's condition & our level of interest in the item. Once your trade is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your trade item. If your trade item passes operational and cosmetic inspection, we will email you with the approval along with an invoice for the remaining balance of your trade or the store credit gained. Once we have received payment for balances due, we will notify you that your new item(s) have been processed and they will ship in 2-3 business days.

*"Up to" - The maximum price value we can offer based on our evaluation and interpretation of the product's condition.

*Perfect Condition [up to 85%] - No apparent scratches or abrasions [some screw marks aka "rackrash" is ok], 100% functional based on the manufacturer's standards.

*Good Condition [up to 75%]- Some apparent scratches or abrasions, but otherwise 100% functional based on the manufacturer's standards.  

*Poor Condition [up to 50%]- Apparent scratches and abrasions, missing parts, not 100% functioning based on the manufacturer's standards, but still functional to some capacity.

We do NOT accept trades for store credit. 

Repairs

We do not currently accept customer repairs. 

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 7551 Oakland US 94601 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
